Questions

Good to know

Are electronic signatures legal in the UK?

Yes, for most business documents, such as contracts, agreements and forms. Electronic signatures are recognised in UK law under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and UK eIDAS. A few documents, like some deeds and wills, have their own rules. If you’re unsure, check with a solicitor.

Does the person signing need an account?

No. They get an email with a link and a code by text. That’s all.

What files can I send?

PDF and Word files, up to 20 MB.

What if the link runs out?

Send it again from your documents list in one click.

Can more than one person sign?

Yes. Add as many signers as you need, and choose the order if it matters.
